Kim incorporates a sophisticated Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis in her practice, to track your progress by measuring fat, muscle, water absorption and retention, nutrient absorption and cellular health. She’s able to craft realistic sustainable nutrition, meal and lifestyle plans based on the your life, labs, intake, goals and the results from the bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. She’ll meet you wherever you are on your health journey, whether that is in your kitchen, at our peaceful office, or on the yoga mat.
Kim’s path to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist was inspired by her wish to share the joy of a healthier life with others. After working in the medical device industry as a biomedical engineer for five years, and living with chronic pain, migraines and eczema, she knew she wanted to create a more balanced and nourished life. She became involved with a local yoga studio and decided to complete a 200-hour yoga instructor training course in Palo Alto, California. Taking the next big step, Kim packed her car and moved to Issaquah, where she pursued a Master of Science in Nutrition at Bastyr University. She rounded out her clinical experience with an internship at the world-class University of Michigan Hospital and Health Centers in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Kim is honored and excited to be a part of the Simplicity Nutrition team and loves supporting the health and wellness of the Snoqualmie Valley community and beyond.
