Britta Storm holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Britta personalizes your nutrition and wellness plan to your lifestyle, labs, body chemistry, preferences, access to resources and what will work for you. Britta is compassionate, authentic, kind and caring and honors where you are at every step of the way.

Britta understands professionally and first hand the impact of nutrition and wellness on all aspects of life, and the healing potential of food and a supportive lifestyle. Britta is client centered and meets you where you are at. She utilizes nutrition counseling, nutrition education, nutrition testing, therapeutic nutrition plans, and the skill set of our team to support you in the way that works best for you. Britta believes that nutrition provides you with the nourishment you need to function at your best and most energized level in today’s busy world. She encourages her clients to move from yo yo dieting to a more personalized way of eating that allows you to feel your best self. Britta is passionate about helping you to achieve your health goals through nutrition in a balanced realistic way.

Britta has a special interest in working with sustainable weight balance, type 2 diabetes, heart health, fatigue, digestive disorders/diseases/wellness, recipe development and meal planning for food sensitivities and allergies, enhanced energy and vitality, reducing inflammation and joint pain, gut restoration and sustainable nutrition and wellness.

Outside of work Britta enjoys cooking delicious food for her family, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, swimming in the sound, and riding her bike. Britta grew up in the Pacific Northwest and absolutely loves all this area has to offer; fresh seafood to the breathtaking views.
