Nataly Nislow MS, CNS, CN

Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health | Board Certified Nutrition Specialist | Washington State Certified Nutritionist

Nataly Nislow is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Masters in Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health. She specializes in lifestyle nutrition, intuitive eating, body acceptance, and recovery from chronic dieting, eating disorders and disordered eating. Nataly also has a passion for working with those who have heart disease, type 2 diabetes, digestive disorders like IBS, constipation, diarrhea, gas and bloating, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Nataly will guide you to find your way out of diet culture and back to yourself, your inner body wisdom, and nutrition that nourishes your mind and body. She weaves her knowledge and experience of clinical nutrition science with compassionate motivational interviewing. Nataly respectfully meets her clients where they are at, which allows for personalized nutrition sessions and individualized attention based on the whole person.

She believes that true health comes from nurturing behaviors to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing – not by following external food rules or a number on the scale – and will guide you in freeing yourself from overthinking. While providing a safe space, Nataly supports her clients in seeking peace with food, connecting with their bodies, and gaining a sense of calm despite conflicting societal messages regarding health and nutrition.

As an intuitive eating specialist, Nataly’s goal is to help you reconnect with your internal body cues, build back body trust, and cultivate a healthy and peaceful relationship with both food and your body. With this approach, her clients discover specific nutrition and self-care behaviors to connect with their body, nourish themselves, and thrive in life. Nataly has a special place in her heart for disordered eating, eating disorders and brings a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every session.

While health and wellness have been lifelong passions for Nataly, they actually represent her second career path. After receiving her Bachelors in Accounting and becoming a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Nataly spent the first five years of her career in the corporate world before jumping wholeheartedly into her dream work. As a result, she deeply appreciates the zigs and zags we all encounter on our journeys and she couldn’t be more excited to stand at the precipice of her current career calling.

Nataly obtained her Master Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, Maryland. She also loves to incorporate movement when working with clients – with a background in dance, swim and swim instructing, yoga, and personal training, Nataly has valuable insights into diverse activity and its positive effects on the body’s equilibrium.

During graduate school, Nataly was selected to lead a high-visibility nutrition grant and implemented a series of family nights designed to engage community members and drive actionable eating and lifestyle habits. She also earned an herbal dispensary certification which enables her to blend the power of botanicals alongside individualized treatment plans.

Nataly is thrilled to be part of the integrative and functional nutrition team at Simplicity Nutrition and serving you in your health journey!
